Do you Deliver?

We do offer delivery; however, all delivery orders must meet a minimum spend of $60 plus a delivery fee. The delivery charge is based on the distance from our Muswellbrook studio and will be calculated during the quoting stage. We offer FREE delivery in Muswellbrook within 8km of our studio.

Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time. Upon accepting your quote, issuing an invoice and receipt of payment you will be given a delivery time window to select from, and your order will arrive within that timeframe. We always try our best to accommodate requested times, but this cannot always be guaranteed as delivery schedules depend on existing bookings and planned delivery routes. If you require a strict delivery time, please contact Natalie from Pretty Bangin’ Balloons before placing your order to confirm whether this can be arranged.

It is important that someone is present at the delivery address during the selected delivery window. If no one is available when we arrive, the balloons will be returned to Pretty Bangin’ Balloons. You may then collect the order during business hours or arrange re-delivery for an additional fee. For addresses within our free delivery zone, a $20 re-delivery charge will apply.

Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as traffic, weather, or mechanical issues. Pretty Bangin’ Balloons cannot be held responsible if delivery cannot be completed at a specific time due to these unforeseen events, and refunds will not be issued in these situations.

How long do balloons last for?

How long will my balloons float for?

Balloons can be affected by many environmental factors such as heat, cold, wind, rain, humidity, sunlight, and altitude. Because of this, Pretty Bangin’ Balloons cannot guarantee float times in the following situations:

Balloons used outdoors

Balloons placed indoors in direct sunlight (for example near windows)

Balloons used at locations well above sea level

Balloons exposed to high humidity

Foil Balloons & Balloon Bubbles

Helium-filled foil balloons and balloon bubbles will usually stay firm and full for around 3 days when kept in suitable indoor conditions. They can often continue floating for up to a week or longer after this.
Please note that cold air-conditioning may cause foil balloons to temporarily shrink, but they will return to normal once they warm up again.

Hi-Floated Latex Balloons

All latex balloons are treated with Ultra Hi-Float, a non-toxic solution that helps extend float time. When kept indoors and away from direct sunlight, latex balloons generally float for 2–3 days, but in some cases may last up to 10 days.

Latex Confetti Balloons

Standard 28cm confetti-filled latex balloons typically float for approximately 12–24 hours.
Larger confetti balloons will float longer, usually between 2–4 days.

Personalised Balloons

Personalised text on foil balloons and balloon bubbles is applied using vinyl lettering. The added weight of the vinyl may slightly reduce the float time.

Please note: Float times can vary depending on weather, humidity, temperature changes, altitude, and exposure to sunlight or cold air, and may be shorter under these conditions.

I purchased balloons from somewhere else ( Temu, Shein, Ebay etc ) can you use them to create a Balloon Garland for me?

We are unable to use balloons that are not supplied by us.

How far in advance should I book?

All bookings are handled on a first come, first served basis, so we strongly recommend booking in advance as certain dates fill up quickly. To avoid disappointment, please secure your booking as early as possible.

For balloon garlands that require installation, as well as package bookings, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and selected items.

Do you have a Balloon Garland minimum order?

We have a minimum order of $300 + Delivery Fees for Balloon Garland orders that are booked between Monday and Saturday.

Public Holiday and Sunday minimum order?

We have a minimum order of $650 + Delivery Fees for Balloon Garland orders that are booked on Sundays and Public Holidays.

When do I have to pay?

For events scheduled for more than 10 days from the order date, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total invoice is required to confirm your installation. The remaining balance must be paid in full 10 days prior to the event date.

If your event is less than 10 days away at the time of booking, full payment of the invoice is required upfront to secure your installation.

What if i need to cancel?

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Pretty Bangin’ Balloons.

If you cancel more than 10 days prior to your event date, the following applies:
Fifty percent (50%) of the total invoice amount is a non-refundable booking fee. If more than 50% has been paid, the remaining balance will be refunded within 20 days of receiving the cancellation request.

If you cancel with 10 days or less before your event date:
All payments made will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Postponements:
Subject to availability; your event may be rescheduled once to a new date within 6 months of the original booking date. Any payments already made will be transferred to the new date.

Is GST included in your prices?

Yes, all prices on our website include GST.

Can you replicate a photo of a Balloon Garland I've seen online?

We are happy to use your inspiration photo as a reference; however, the final design may not be exactly the same. If you are requesting a particular foil balloon or character, we may not always be able to source the exact item. In this case, we will provide photos of suitable alternatives for you to choose from before proceeding with your order.

Where do Latex Balloons come from?

Latex balloons are not plastic. They are a plant-based product, made from natural rubber harvested from rubber tree plantations which are a renewable resource.

Pretty Bangin' Balloons
